Will you try to sell me something I don't need?

No. If a fix costs more than it's worth, I'll tell you that instead of doing it anyway.

What if I don't know what's wrong, I just know something's off?

That's normal, and it's fine. Describe it however makes sense to you, "it's acting weird" is a perfectly good place to start.

Can my son or daughter schedule this for me?

Yes, anytime. Have them call or text and we'll set it up.

Do you work on Macs, or just Windows?

Both, plus phones, tablets, printers, and smart home devices.

Do you help with anything beyond tech, like paperwork or organizing?

Yes. Things like organizing bills and accounts, managing email, scheduling, and sorting through paperwork that lives on a screen. I've worked as an executive assistant handling exactly this kind of thing, so if it's something an assistant would normally take care of, ask, I probably can help.

What if my problem isn't on your list of services?

Ask anyway. Most of what I do isn't a neat checklist item.

Is there a charge just to come look at it?

The $99 covers the visit and the first hour of actual work, there's no separate "just looking" fee.

Do I need to have anything ready before you arrive?

Just your device, charged if possible, and your WiFi password if that's part of the issue.

What if you can't fix it?

That's rare, but if it happens, I'll tell you plainly and won't charge you for guessing.

How do I pay?

Card, tap-to-pay, or check. You get a receipt by email.

Are you insured?

Yes, for general liability and professional errors, and registered with the City of Los Angeles.

How far do you travel?

Woodland Hills, West Hills, Tarzana, Calabasas, Canoga Park, Winnetka, Encino, and Reseda. Just outside that? Call anyway, I'll tell you straight whether I can get there.
